There is an accommodation arrangement fee of £50.

Choose from the following options:

Homestays

A British HomeStaying with a host family is a popular choice, especially for students arriving in the UK for the first time.
It is an excellent way to find out about the area, and the best way to improve your English outside school time.

All our homestays are thoroughly checked, with experience of hosting overseas students.

Homestays provide all meals (a packed lunch for weekdays), own room including desk, and the comfort of an English family home.

Homestays cost £125 per week (own room, full board) or £118 (twin room), and are available year-round.

CES Leeds Languages cannot provide homestay accommodation for students unless they are registered on a course with the school, and pay a £50 arrangement fee.

Homestays are available for the duration of the course only.

Another excellent quality student accommodation is Liberty Park. This is also within easy walking distance of CES Leeds Languages and can be found on Marlborough Street. Students get their own room with access to shared facilities. Full details can be found on the Liberty Living website, where you can enquire about prices.

Students may choose to apply for a self-catering room at Mary Morris (www.marymorris.com) - an international student halls of residence in Leeds. Rooms cost around 68 GBP per week (not including meals), and are offered subject to availability. Mary Morris halls are in Headingley, which is a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre.

Rented Accommodation

Rented accommodation is an option for students who have already settled and made friends. It allows greater independence and the opportunity to choose which part of Leeds you would like to live in.

We are happy to advise on rented accommodation but we are unable to arrange private houses and flats on behalf of students, nor to enter into any contractual arrangements on their behalf. There is some helpful advice for students entering rented accommodation on this site.

There are numerous shared houses and flats regularly advertised throughout the city. A number of useful websites are available to help you find rented accommodation in the Leeds area.
